Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Boring Foods ships to the contiguous continental United States—the lower 48 states.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Shipping Rates

• Orders over $70: FREE shipping

• Orders of $70 or less: $10 shipping

Your applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing and Delivery

Please allow 1–4 days for order processing before your order ships. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s transit time.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or in your shipping confirmation refer to transit time unless otherwise stated. Arrival dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, peak shopping periods, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Updates and Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide the tracking details using the contact information supplied with your order.

A tracking number may be created before the carrier receives or scans your package. Please check the tracking link for subsequent updates.

If your tracking information appears stalled or your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact hi@boringfoods.com with your order number.

Shipment Delays and Unavailable Items

If we cannot ship within the stated shipping timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate where available, and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel the affected unshipped items for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law.

If an item becomes unavailable and we cannot fulfill it, we will notify you and refund the affected amount. We will not make a material substitution without your agreement.

Shipping Addresses and Order Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully, including your street address, apartment or suite number, and ZIP code.

If you need to correct an address or request an order change, email hi@boringfoods.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins or the package has shipped.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us to discuss the available options. Any proposed additional shipping charge will be explained before you agree to reshipment.

Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your package:

• Check the delivery location and any secure areas around your address.

• Ask household members, building staff, or neighbors whether they received it.

• Contact hi@boringfoods.com with your order number and tracking details.

We will investigate with you and the carrier and explain the available resolution. A delivery scan does not automatically prevent us from reviewing your claim.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If products are damaged, missing, incorrect, or appear unsafe to consume, email hi@boringfoods.com promptly. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the products and shipping packaging where possible.

Keep the packaging and any product lot or batch information until we have reviewed the issue. Do not consume products with compromised packaging or a suspected safety problem.

Please do not return food products unless we instruct you to do so. Refunds and replacements are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Chocolate and Heat-Sensitive Snacks

Chocolate, gummies, and some other snacks may soften or melt during warm weather or prolonged exposure to heat.

Please retrieve your delivery promptly and store products according to their packaging instructions, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

If your products arrive melted or otherwise compromised, contact hi@boringfoods.com with photographs, if available. We review heat-related issues individually; they are not automatically excluded from consideration.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
